Your Karma Hoop Dance Elemental Exploration Series: Fire This workshop is designed for the ALL levels; an elemental exploration series with Kati ?Luvly? Simon and assisted by Kelly ?Soulshine? Hart of Prana Love. Heating up the summer with the FIRE element; the element of action and passion. FIRE shines the light of self-knowledge, exposing the true self. We will explore these archetypes of the FIRE element through movement in our bodies. You can expect to have fun and experience playful explorations of new movement, currents or flow in self-expression. You will learn to control and stoke the flames through expressive movement and dance, controlling and guiding the fire for it to be most beneficial. Hoops will be provided for the class if you do not have your own. There will also be a limited amount available for purchase.
