Yoga Therapy Classes - Your Karma At the Lake
Your Karma - At the Lake has partnered with the newly formed Lake Norman Integrative Medicine Program to provide therapeutic yoga classes. In this gentle 60 minute class, individuals are empowered to progress toward improved health and well-being through the philosophy and practice of yoga. Yoga Therapy is preventive in nature, but is is also restorative, and in many instances it can be curative. If you get your physician to refer you to this class for therapy, reduced pricing is available.
