Yoga Class
Yoga is a great way to stay healthy, strengthen and tone your body. Taught by Debbie Wyatt, AFAA, Yoga certified instructor at South Iredell Senior Center every Monday from 1:30-2:30 p.m. The next class session will start on Mon., Jan. 6.
