Our classes easily accommodate every skill level, whether you are just setting forth upon your personal yogic path or have studied for years. Lahiri Yoga, experienced staff can help you move forward on your inner and outer journey safely and happily, bringing well-being to every area of your life. Out of respect for the traveling instructors we bring in, RSVP is required a min of 48 hours in advance.
