Women's Therapeutic Support Group

This is an excellent group that can help you become stronger and deal with issues that you are unable to work through alone.

Specific topics will be determined by the needs of group members - including relationship problems, stress, anxiety, negative moods, motivation, life goals/direction, career issues, health concerns, self esteem, increasing life satisfaction and happiness, and self-improvement. This energizing group offers you an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of therapy at an affordable price. Women work on a variety of issues and get input from others dealing with the same issues, while working with a Professional Counselor. You will find group therapy educational, supportive, and therapeutic. You will improve your outlook, increase self-confidence, improve your mood and ease the stress of daily life.
