HPCIC is always available for free information regarding Advanced Healthcare planning, but to celebrate National Healthcare Decisions Day, the professionals at HPCIC will be available on Thurs., April 17th at the South Iredell Senior Center from 11a.m. with information and forms regarding Advanced Healthcare Directives.
