Town of Mooresville Stormwater Presentation for Businesses

Town of Mooresville Stormwater Stormwater Ordinance and Utility Fee Information Sessions The Burlington Room, Charles Mack Citizens Center Tuesday October 14 at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday October 29 at 9:00 a.m. In 2011, the Town of Mooresville was issued a new Stormwater Permit from the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources. This permit requires the Town to implement new programs designed to help control water quality and erosion problems in lakes and streams that are common in urbanized areas. In order to fund the new programs Mooresville will be implementing a new Stormwater Utility Fee to all properties located within the Town?s Corporate Limits.
