The Next 56 Days Super Saturday

Join us as co-founder, Steve "The Food Guy" Teglas walks us through The Next 56 Days Health and Wellness program!  We will start with a free Metabolic Age Assessment and move through a full introduction of the program.  We will take a short break to eat some yummy food and then come back together as Steve cooks for us and we get to sample!  A great way to get introduced to a healthy lifestyle program and check out classes coming up in the surrounding areas!
