The Inaugural Kicks from 'Cats: The Andrew Lovedale 5K
The Inaugural Kicks from 'Cats: The Andrew Lovedale 5K will take place on September 10 at 9 a.m. on the Davidson College Cross Country Trail, in a rare chance to run a closed, timed race on the scenic trail.
Pre-registration is $25 for runners and $15 for walkers. Race-day registration is $30 for runners and $20 for walkers. All pre-registered runners will receive a dry-fit t-shirt and a goody bag. Special appearances from A2S friends Bob McKillop, Stephen Curry and others.
All proceeds benefit Access to Success, a Davidson-based non-profit founded by former men's basketball star Andrew Lovedale that supports underprivileged youth in his hometown of Benin City, Nigeria, through athletic, educational and spiritual programs.
