The Employee Free Choice Act Workshop

The Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) is among the most pressing issues to face American business for decades. Abandoning the secret ballot for union elections in favor of a simple majority card check process would fundamentally alter the labor relations playing field in the United States. "Card Check" would make North Carolina less competitive in attracting and growing good jobs. The Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring an extended workshop on The Employee Free Choice Act with The Employers Law Firm- Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP. Thursday, April 9th from 8am-11:30am at Little Joe's Chapel, Barium Springs Home for Children, Troutman. We hope you and or representatives from your company will be able to join us.
