Thanksgiving Day Meals
Mooresville’s Community Thanksgiving Dinner is expanding.
The third annual free meal will be served Thanksgiving Day at three locations: First Baptist Church from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Mooresville Intermediate School (worship site for Redeemer’s Light United Methodist Church) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and St. Paul’s United Methodist Church from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The meal is being sponsored by area churches, businesses, individuals, the Mooresville Christian Mission and the Mooresville Soup Kitchen.
Donations are being accepted to help offset the meal’s cost, and volunteers are being sought to help cook and serve.
