Preparing for Homeownership

Community Foundations, a local non-profit, is hosting a community event called “Preparing for Homeownership”. It is designed to assist families who are interested in homeownership. Topics to be covered will include: understanding credit, loan programs for first time home buyers, down payment assistance programs, managing student loan debt and fair housing and your rights. If you or someone you know is interested in homeownership, please plan to attend or share the information about the event. It will be held July 22, 2017, 9:00 to 11:30am at East Mooresville Intermediate School, 1711 Landis Highway, Mooresville, NC 28115. Space is limited and registration ends July 14, 2017.
