Preparing for Home Ownership

Do you want to become a Homeowner? Community Foundations CDC, Inc., a local non-profit, is hosting the third free annual community event, “Preparing for Homeownership”. It is designed to assist families who are interested in homeownership by providing information related to the following topics: credit, loan programs for first time home buyers, down payment assistance and fair housing. If you or someone you know is interested please plan to attend or share the information about the event. It will be held April 13, 2019, 8:15 to 12:30am at East Mooresville Intermediate School, 1711 Landis Highway, Mooresville, NC 28115. Space is limited and registration ends April 12, 2019.
