Planning for Rough Waters Ahead - Advance Healthcare Directives

During the month of April, Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County (HPCIC) will provide education about advance healthcare directives in recognition of National Health Care Decisions Day (NHDD). HPCIC will offer four opportunities for you to join a live, virtual event to learn more about these very important documents. During this 30-minute virtual program, participants will learn: •What are Advance Healthcare Directives •Which forms are important to complete now? •How do I complete these forms? •What do I do once the forms are completed?
