PinkySwear Kids Triathlons Swim-Bike-Run Helping Kids with Cancer! Fundraiser The 3rd Annual Pinky Swear Kids Triathlon is a non-timed and non-competitive race for kids ages 6-18 of all abilities. Join us as an athlete, volunteer, corporate sponsor or spectator to help support Pinky Swear's mission to help kids with cancer and their families meet basic needs such as housing, food, and transportation, and provide experiences that create emotional support.
