Pilates Wellness Fest

15 to Fit Pilates, Barre and Fitness will host a Pilates Day Wellness Fest Other local health and wellness companies will also be in attendance along with The Pink Boutique mobile fashion truck. Currently scheduled businesses include Total Nutrition Technology, K2 Sports Therapy and The Give Back Boutique. 15 to Fit will also be offering free Pilates demo classes at 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m. Advanced registration via their web site is suggested but not required. 15 to Fit is a Pilates and barre studio located in the Lake Norman area of Mooresville, NC.
