This is a workshop for one or two people to learn some really easy passive stretching that can be done by yourself or with a partner. You will get a hands on experience. Along with description to take home, and you will leave feeling like a new person. This class takes 90 min. Please dress in loose fitting clothes bring some towels and mat and some pillow or towels to roll up.
