Lowe's YMCA Healthy Kids Day & HKD 5K

Each year, our 5K kicks off our national Healthy Kids Day ? a day for YMCAs around the country to improve the health and well-being of kids. By participating in the 5K, you'll lead by example, showing our youth how important it is to lead a healthy, active lifestyle. Not only does your registration help young people achieve their potential, but you help to strengthen the bonds of community through the Lowe's YMCA Annual Campaign. Adults and teens can set the pace for the younger generation by competing in the 5K at 8:30 AM, while children ages 10 & younger will participate in the Kids Fun Run at 10 AM. Afterwards, everyone can enjoy the Healthy Kids Day event. 5K: 8:30 AM Kids Fun Run: 10 AM HKD Celebration: 10 AM - 2 PM
