Iredell Health System's Girls' Night Out

No matter how busy you are or how tired you feel, join Iredell Memorial Health System to find your best health now. Health education, physician presentations, free health screenings and fun activities will be woven throughout the evening to emphasize the importance of awareness of common health issues affecting women today. In addition to educational segments, the night will also include a variety of spa activities, better sleep instruction, gardening tips, wine, cheese, a chocolate fountain and a high-energy pajama fashion show.
