Iredell Health System at Morrison Plantation Offers Community Health Screenings

Iredell Health System?s Community Wellness Department and Stroke team will be providing community health screenings on Friday, May 8th , 2009 from 7:30am-9:00am at Iredell Health System at Morrison Plantation in Mooresville, NC (143 Joe V. Knox Avenue, Suite 200). Screenings include cholesterol screenings, blood glucose checks and stroke risk assessments. Blood glucose checks and stroke risks assessments are free, however, there is a $10 free for a complete cholesterol screening and fasting is required. For more information, please call 704-878-4550.
