Inflammation: What it is and how it affects the body

There is much talk about inflammation. This session will cover what inflammation is and the conditions associated with it. How healthy eating might reduce the effects of inflammation will also be covered. The seminar will be held on Tues., April 7 at South Iredell Senior Center from 10:30-11:30 a.m. and presented by Ann Simmons, MS CHES Extension Agent with Iredell Cooperative Extension. The program is free, but registration is required by Fri., April 3.
