Healthy Eating When Dining Out
Doris Teachey, RN at Summit Place will be at South Iredell Senior Center to conduct a Healthy Eating seminar on Thursday, December 3 from 11am - noon. A focus will be placed on how to eat heathy while dinning out. A light lunch will be provided. To attend, RSVP with a $1 to South Iredell Senior Center by Mon., Nov. 30.
