Health Screenings

Lake Norman Regional Medical Center staff will be at South Iredell Senior Center conducting a variety of blood screening tests on July 25^th between 8-10 a.m. An appointment is required. Please call the Center at 704-662-3337 to reserve an appointment time. For your convenience, screening forms are available at the Senior Center. Each person being tested will need to complete a form to submit at the time of their screening. Fasting is required for Lipid Profile, Glucose, Chemistry Profile, and CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel).  For these tests, no food or drink after midnight the night prior to being tested. Payment may be in the form of cash (exact change) or check only, payable to LNRMC.  Results will be mailed directly to you and you can share the information with your physician.  The screenings include: Glucose - (screen test for diabetes) cost $12. Chemistry Profile - (checks electrolytes, kidney and liver function, glucose level for diabetes) cost $15. Complete Blood Count (CBC) - (detects the presence of many conditions, including anemia, infections, and leukemia) cost $11. Lipid Profile - (Screen test for cholesterol related diseases) cost $24. Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) - (Screen test for thyroid related diseases) cost $30, Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) - (Screen test for prostate cancer) cost $30, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel-CMP (CMP provided an overall picture of your body’s chemical balance and metabolism) and Hepatic Function Panel-HFP- cost $15.
