Fusion & Flow into 2016
Join April on Thursday December 31st from 9am - 10:30am for an exciting barre and yoga mixed class. The first 45 minutes of the class will be traditional barre, then you will move to your yoga mat for a 30 minute Yoga Flow class, ending this delightful class with 15 minutes of well deserved Savasana
