From Fear to Faith, A Caregiver?s Journey

Joyce Marie Sheldon, author of the acclaimed book, From Fear to Faith, A Caregiver?s Journey, will speak at a fundraising event on Thursday, April 30th at 7 p.m. at St. Patrick?s Episcopal Church, 201 Fairview Rd., Mooresville, NC. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Serenity House, a non-profit comfort care home dedicated to the care of the dying. This unique presentation, LIVE SANCTUARIOUSLY, is directed particularly to professional and volunteer caregivers and will provide spiritual and emotional tools to create a peaceful heart in the midst of chaos. Joyce Sheldon, a Serenity House board member, is also facilitator of a Caregiver?s Support Group for Hospice of Iredell County, and frequent speaker at local, state and national events. Her mission, after the death of her husband in 2001, has been to nurture and inspire the spiritual well-being of others, particularly those in the field of care giving. Joyce?s books, From Fear to Faith and Seekers and Dreamers, will be available for purchase at this event and a portion of the proceeds will also be donated to Serenity House. .
