Freshstart Smoking Cessation
The Lowe's YMCA in collaboration with the American Cancer Society and the Lake Norman Regional Medical Center will be offering a free Freshstart Smoking Cessation program designed to help you stop smoking. This session will address how to quit smoking as quickly as possible and learn new techniques for ending your physical and psychological need to smoke.
