Free Self-Defense Classes for Women
The Mooresville Police Department is offering Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) training for women in our community at no charge.
RAD training is designed to teach women basic defense options in the event of an attack and provides great information and an opportunity to practice basic skills in a controlled environment. The course accommodates 25 women (14 years of age or older) and is taught by certified instructors from the Mooresville Police Department with various background and training specialties. Our police officer/instructors include Captain Frank Falzone, Officer Georgia Kennedy and Officer Ashley Patrick.
