Food Safety Workshop

Are you sick and tired of getting sick? Come learn what you need to know to avoid getting sick from the foods you eat at home and away from home. Join Ann Simmons, with the NC Cooperative Extension on Mon., Feb. 6 at 1 p.m. Please call the Senior Center at 704-662-3337 by Thurs., Feb. 2 if you plan to attend. Also included will be information and the opportunity to advocate for the Reauthorizing of the Older American’s Act which helps to sustain funding for the Senior Center.
