Farrell's TEEN SUMMER CAMP Kickboxing/ Strength Training
Expect the best at TEEN FARRELL'S SUMMER CAMP - Action Packed Fun FITNESS classes Mon-Thursday which mirrors our FXB Adult classes with emphasis on flexibility, strength training, stretching and core strengthening through kickboxing, nutrition advice, mat chats and bands for strength training.
Cost includes gloves, wraps and manual. Space is Limited Early Registration encouraged.
