FARM TOUR: Charlotte area Know Your Farms Tour
The 5th annual Charlotte area Farm Tour brings together thousands of people to celebrate local agriculture. On September 14 and 15, over 30 working farms in 9 counties open their doors to the public to showcase what they do. Come out for the Know Your Farms Tour and see working cattle farms, organic dairy farms, alpacas, produce farms, an ostrich farm, and much more! Everything from honey making to wine making, heritage poultry to organic herbs, alpaca fleece to ostrich meat, pigs to rabbits, donkeys to vegetables. Enjoy personal tours, activities, cooking demos, food to eat, and food to take home. Fill your car with friends, family, and a cooler for taking food home and begin your tour.
