In 1987, "Cotton" Ketchie moved his Landmark Galleries from the upstairs room over John Franklin Ltd. to its present location at 212 N. Main Street in downtown Mooresville. In March of that same year, "Cotton" and Vickie were married. Then in April they hosted their first Open House at the gallery's new location.
