Community Dinner
The Community Dinner hosted by True Health Charlotte is part of an outreach initiative to help people live happier and healthier lives. Monthly dinners are free to the public, but advanced registration is required. Dr. Lonnie Bagwell, owner of True Health Charlotte, Sports Performance Coach for three USA OYMPIC teams, and with past experience marked at the world?s top genetics, immunology, obesity, and diabetes research centers, provides the education for the evening. He?s been passionately delivering his message over the last ten years that focus on principals inspiring the management of well-being through the five essentials of mindset, functional medicine, optimal nutrition, exercise, and toxicity management. Join us for this life changing event. This month?s Community Dinner will be held at Café 100 in Huntersville, NC.
