Chakra More Info 2 hours with Michelle

As a body worker I learned about Chakras, over the years I have compiled information and put it into a book. In this class we will go through the book discuss and understand in more depth the Chakras and how we can balance them to feel more grounded and ready to take on the day. This workshop is approx 2 hours. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your favorite Pendulum(or we have one for you)a yoga mat and a blanket. Class fee includes a Chakra book you can take home.
