Caregiver, a Reality

What is the REALITY of being a caregiver? Do you feel tired, overwhelmed, stressed, frustrated, and don?t know which way to turn? Are you providing care to an aged parent or loved one? Will you be the one faced with making caregiving decisions? Then this REALITY is yours: It helps to know resources available in your community, what services are available before you need them, what options are available for Long Term Care or end of life care. Also discussed, will be Long Distance Caregiving and holding a family meeting to discuss a situation before it becomes a crisis. Join us for this FREE caregivers workshop on Wed., Nov. 20th, 2013 at the South Iredell Senior Center. The workshop is being held from 12:30-1:30 to accommodate work schedules. A light lunch will be provided under the Family Caregiver Support Program and the Iredell Council on Aging. Please call 704-662-3337 to register by November 15th.
