Business Essentials

This is training session #5 associated with the 2017-18 Wells Fargo Business Plan Competition. Anyone is welcome to attend. If you missed the previous four sessions it is recommended that you attend the following seminars "How to Start a Business", "Marketing your Business", "Bookkeeping for your Business", and "Financing Your Business" offered by the Small Business Center. You will hear from the NC Department of Revenue, who will present and cover basic requirements to help businesses in North Carolina understand the laws and obligations necessary to be compliant. In addition, you will hear from an CPA who will provide you with essential information to assist you as you start and run your business. This session will include guest speaker Karen Bargsley, NC Dept. Of Revenue and Travis Last, CPA.
