Brian Long Lecture and Book Signing

After spending nearly four years of a 35-year sentence for armed robbery, Brian Long turned his life around and decided to find ways to help prevent teens from repeating his mistakes. He will share his experiences and sign his new book, ?Making a Difference.? Long graduated with honors from Mitchell Community College with a degree in human services. At Mitchell, he was a Coca-Cola scholarship winner and recipient of the Viola Parker Diversity Award. Long has received training in Preventing Violence in Schools, Project Safe Neighborhoods, and is founder of Making a Difference for Tomorrow LLC.
