Aging and the Impact on the Eyes

Back by popular demand, this program sponsored by Dr. Elisha Carroll, Ophthalmic Reconstructive Surgeon will present on cosmetic eye surgery, such as “droopy eyelids.” Dr. Carroll will explain which procedures are and are not covered by Medicare.
