A Matter of Balance
Do you have concerns about falling? This FREE evidence-based class is an award-winning program designed to help you manage falls and increase activity levels. The class begins at South Iredell Senior Center on Wed., Oct. 16 from 2-4 p.m. Classes will be held on Weds. and Thurs. for 4 consecutive weeks. Please call 704-662-3337 by Oct. 11th to enroll.
