| Poker run to benefit the Brody Thompson Foundation: Brody, also known as Bro-man passed away in a tragic accident on June 18th 2014. He was only two years old. Although he was on this earth just a short time, he was able to touch many people?s lives. He brightened the world through his smiles and laughter. The Brody Thompson Foundation is a charity that will help us memorialize his name with honor and dignity. We are trying to build playgrounds, help young athletes that aren't financially able to play sports and help high school seniors attend college. Through donations and hard work, Brody's friends and family are determined to make this happen. |

The Senior Center will be holding another workshop on Wed., Aug. 27 from 12:30 ? 4:30 p.m. We need creative decorators and crafty individuals to volunteer. MOST importantly we need DONATIONS! Please go through your home and put our volunteer elves to work. We want this year?s event to be the best yet! All donated items must be clean and in good condition. Jewelry and Christmas items and decorations are especially needed. No books, clothes or cloth material please. If you?re crafty, consider making some things on your own to donate.
