DESCRIPTION:This nationally recognized day was set to inspire\, educate and empower the public and providers about the importance of advance care planning. It is an initiative to encourage patients to express their wishes regarding healthcare and for providers and facilities to respect those wishes\, whatever they may be. In recognition of this National day set for awareness\, Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County will conduct an informational clinic about Advance Directives\, on Fri.\, April 28 at 11 a.m. at South Iredell Senior Center. A light lunch will be included. To attend\, please RSVP with a $1 donation to South Iredell Senior Center by Tues.\, April 25.
